How I Can Help

I work with teenagers and their parents, combining over 16 years of psychology teaching with solution-focused hypnotherapy. My sessions provide a calm, supportive space where students can reduce exam stress, improve focus, and build confidence.

Consultation First

Before starting any programme, everyone books a friendly, no-pressure consultation. This is your chance to ask questions, discuss your goals, and see exactly how I can help your teen. You don’t need to choose a programme before this meeting.

Sessions are available online, with links sent after booking. In-person appointments in the Bristol and Bath areas are available on request.

Exam Support Sessions

These sessions are designed specifically for GCSE and A-level students who want to feel calmer, more confident, and better prepared for exams. Each session is tailored to the student, combining psychology and hypnotherapy techniques that include:

  • Calming strategies to manage anxiety before and during exams
  • Mental rehearsal / visualisation to practise confidence and focus
  • Memory and revision techniques based on how the brain learns
  • Positive thinking skills to replace stressful thoughts with calm and control

Students learn practical tools they can use in revision, at home, and in the exam room. The goal is to help them feel prepared, confident, and in control.

Session Options & Pricing

  • £70 for a 50-minute session
  • £360 for a block of 6 sessions

Each session builds on the last, giving students long-term skills they can use in the future.
