Hi, I’m Natasha

I am a solution-focused hypnotherapist and Psychology teacher with over 16 years’ experience helping students achieve their best. I specialise in supporting GCSE and A-level students to manage exam stress, improve memory, and build confidence.

Combining my years of teaching Psychology with professional hypnotherapy training, I offer practical sessions that link brain science with effective study strategies. Students learn techniques such as mental rehearsal, shifting stressful thoughts into positive steps, and calming triggers they can use during exams to stay focused and confident.

My approach is supportive, practical, and tailored to each student. I understand the pressures of high-stakes exams and work with teens to develop tools they can use not only for tests, but for lifelong learning, self-belief, and resilience.

Based in Bristol, I provide online sessions, helping students across the UK reduce anxiety and improve exam performance.
