Welcome, I’m Natasha, I’m so pleased you’re here.
I’ve always been interested by how the mind works—how our thoughts shape our feelings, our behaviour, and the way we experience life. Growing up with a mum who has been a mental health nurse for over 40 years, conversations about mental wellbeing were always a natural part of my life. My upbringing gave me a deep sense of empathy for others and a genuine understanding of the importance of emotional support.
This sparked a lifelong interest in psychology, which I went on to study at university. For the last 15 years, I’ve worked as a Psychology teacher, and during that time, I’ve seen a huge increase in the number of people who are struggling with stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. I felt a growing pull to help in a more personal and meaningful way—and that’s what brought me to Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.
What got me hooked was the therapy’s uplifting, forward-focused approach and its grounding in neuroscience. Instead of digging into the past, it’s all about helping you move forward toward the future you want, using strengths and resources you already have.
